Sleaford Striders was founded in 1984 and is affiliated to England Athletics, we are a small friendly club for all abilities aged 8 and above.
We welcome both Adults and Juniors; with regular club meets where new members can come try out our club alongside existing members.
Adults
Sleaford Striders are based at Sleaford Town Football Club,
Adults meet at 6:30pm every Thursday for an Adult Club Run.
This evening includes social running, jogging and walking.
As a very friendly club we welcome new members of all abilities. Don’t worry that you won’t fit in because “you are too fast” or “too slow” – we will find you a group that will suit your pace.
Juniors
Junior Striders meet on Monday evenings 7 – 8pm at the William Alvey School, East Gate, Sleaford. NG34 7EA. Term Time Only.
This evening provides juniors with the opportunity to engage in supervised, structured athletic activities onsite or join one of the coach-led running groups offsite.
